  • They effectively delegate considering the strengths and talents of individual team members.
  • They are open to receiving feedback and provide frequent feedback to others.
  • They are flexible and help the team make shifts and adjustments as needed.
  • They express gratitude and regularly recognize the efforts of the team.
  • They provide a big picture perspective for the team so the team understands how their contributions fit.
  • They hold people accountable.
  • They are skilled facilitators and provide the opportunity for all voices and ideas to be heard.
