What to find a way to fit more of what you want to do into your life? Take 10.  You’d be amazed at what you can accomplish in 10 minutes.  You can get some exercise.  You can expand your mind by reading an article or a book. You can make a healthy snack.  These intermittent breaks are key to being happier AND  more productive.\n\nFor 2013 I also made a commitment of taking on a new 30 day challenges every month.  This month, I am taking 10 minutes a night to meditate.  I have been wanting to try this FOREVER.   Start small, stay consistent and reap the benefits.  That’s what I hope to do.\n\nWhat could you do for 10 minutes each day that would improve your life?
