In affiliation with OneOC, Janine McDonald is facilitating a workshop for  AIDS Services Foundation Orange County staff members on boosting personal productivity.  Participants in the session will learn how to prioritize and negotiate requests for time, perform a time trap analysis and learn strategies on how to get more done by learning to manage energy, as opposed to time.\n\nASF’s mission is to prevent the spread of HIV and improve the lives of men, women, and children affected by HIV/AIDS in Orange County. They have a staff of 50 committed and caring individuals, 21 Board members and hundreds of volunteers.  Executive Director/CEO, Phillip Yaeger, strives to provide a positive work environment and opportunities for his staff to grow and develop professionally.\n\nASF helps more than 1,600 men, women, children, and families in Orange County living with HIV disease. Services include food, transportation, housing, emergency financial assistance, kids and family programs, mental health counseling, support groups and HIV education and prevention services.\n\nThere are many ways to show your support for this organization including attending or donating to their annual gala, A Night in South Beach, on Saturday, September 29 and their Ride for AIDS  event on Saturday, October 13.
