The Inaugural Team Kids Innovative Thinkers Forum held at the Oakley World Headquarters set a new standard for charity events, combining a business mixer with an entertaining, rare glimpse into the lives and culture of some of Orange County’s most distinctive leaders.

\nThe event attracted more than 250 guests who ranged from corporate executives to MBA students, all of whom wanted to hear from the forum’s panelists, which included top executives from Oakley, Vizio, Blizzard, and Kaiser Permanente.\n\nThe panelists captivated the guests with their discussion about building iconic brands and thriving in a down economy, while engaging the audience with a more personal side of themselves as they elaborated on their past experiences, challenges, and visions for the future.\n\nThe event festivities included a private VIP reception with forum panelists, a business mixer, and the panel discussion.  “The business mixer brought together top-level executives, business professionals, and MBA students, who were able to network with one another in a setting where they have access to some of the top CEOs in Orange County” said Team Kids Founder & CEO, Julie Hudash. “It was a wonderful turnout as people from all industries learned more about each other, while supporting the Team Kids mission of empowering the next generation of responsible leaders and entrepreneurs.”\n\nGuests of the event are already contacting Team Kids to attend the next forum in the series. Team Kids will be hosting their second forum of the year at the Edwards Lifesciences Headquarters in Irvine with CEO, Mike Mussallem. The upcoming forum will be held in the fall, and is expected to be a great success as well.\n\nFor more details about the Team Kids Innovative Thinkers Forum Series visit www.teamkids.org/itf , follow us on Twitter atwww.twitter.com/teamkids, or like us on Facebook at www.facebook.com/teamkids.
