- They have frequent communication with team members with an emphasis on listening to team members.
- They help the team establish clear expectations.
- They are positive and bring energy to the group.
- They effectively delegate considering the strengths and talents of individual team members.
- They are open to receiving feedback and provide frequent feedback to others.
- They are flexible and help the team make shifts and adjustments as needed.
- They express gratitude and regularly recognize the efforts of the team.
- They provide a big picture perspective for the team so the team understands how their contributions fit.
- They hold people accountable.
- They are skilled facilitators and provide the opportunity for all voices and ideas to be heard.
