As someone who has experienced both types of leadership styles, I know first hand that caring enough to take the time to understand our needs, values, goals and skills makes all the difference to those of us who simply want to contribute and live up to our potential.

Although women only hold 3% of the CEO jobs at the Fortune 500 companies we are definitely making strides. Back in 1996 only 1! female held a CEO job in that same category.
