When December hits, many people suffering from post-turkey syndrome, use the excuse of the holidays to ease up and back off.   If that’s you, consider finishing strong instead.  Kick it into gear and take action to make the most out of the last 30 days of 2015.  What unmet goal still looms over you?  What one thing did you hope to achieve that remains incomplete? What if you took some action each day for the next 30 days toward achieving that goal?\n\nHere are some tips to get you going:\n

    \n

  • Write the goal down – be clear on what you want to achieve
  • \n

  • Write what specific action(s) you will take each day for the next 30 days
  • \n

  • Make taking this action a priority and schedule it into your day
